Support the execution of new-to-market product development across core payments.; Helps translate identified opportunities into well-defined concepts.; Drives day-to-day progress toward pilots and in-market delivery.; Support near-term initiatives that drive revenue and customer impact.; Assist with scoping, research, prototyping and in-market testing of longer-term product concepts and solutions.

Must Have
1-3 years’ experience in product development, business analysis, consulting, or adjacent roles, with exposure to taking ideas from concept through pilot and/or launch., Understanding of and interest in the payments`ecosystem., Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to structure complex, open ended problems., written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex topics into clear, stakeholder-ready materials., Highly organised, meticulous attention to detail, comfortable working across multiple workstreams / projects and coordinating with cross-functional partners., Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence through relationships, preparation, and follow-through in a cross-functional environment., Ability to independently partner across the organization, Proactive, ownership oriented, and comfortable operating with limited direction, Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to take on increasing responsibility, Right to work in the UK without restriction.
What You'll Do.
Support the identification and assessment of market opportunities across core payments by gathering customer
and competitive insights.
Contribute to narratives
and business cases by developing analysis
and preparing materials for review.
Build working relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed through clear updates
and well-organised documentation.
Define and document requirements in partnership with Product and Engineering
ensuring stakeholder inputs are captured and traceable.
Coordinate inputs and track actions across Mastercard – including but not limited to Engineering
and Product Management teams - to support alignment on requirements
timelines and overall project deliverables.
Support concept-to-pilot delivery by preparing and coordinating launch-readiness outputs (e. g.
implementation guides
experience design guides
operational considerations).
Contribute to idea generation for new-to-market products and solutions
including supporting workshops
and creating supporting presentation or other materials.
Operate effectively within a matrixed organisation by managing priorities
and delivering assigned workstreams within tight timelines and evolving priorities.
