Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in this processing plant environment, familiarity with operational workflows and frontline execution, understanding of permit-to-work systems, isolations, and contractor management, Demonstrated knowledge of site-specific procedures, including PHMPs (Principal Hazard Management Plans) and PCPs (Principal Control Plans), Experience coordinating with safety and training departments on compliance and onboarding, Ability to interpret work scopes, risk assessments, and operational impacts, communication and coordination skills across teams and departments, Detail-oriented with recordkeeping and documentation habits, Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams, Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Serve as operational liaison for continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure CI efforts are executable
Advocate for operability

Enable autonomy for CI-driven work
Manage permit-to-work processes and isolations
Coordinate contractor onboarding for CI work
Verify contractor training
and equipment readiness
Ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols
Maintain records of contractor training and permit history
Streamline execution logistics and minimize disruption
Facilitate communication between CI team and operations
Monitor CI execution activities in the field
Identify and escalate potential conflicts or risks
Assist in documenting CI outcomes and lessons learned
Ensure CI work aligns with established site procedures
Act as point of contact for CI-related isolations
Support CI readiness by verifying equipment access
Promote culture of continuous improvement and ownership
