What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in automotive production, pilot builds, or industrialization, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical discipline, Proven ability to work cross-functionally, Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, Data-driven mindset, Ability to make sound decisions, Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, High proficiency in DFMEA, High proficiency in PFMEA, High proficiency in control plans, Experience with metrology equipment, Experience with measurement systems, Experience evaluating measurement reports
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree is a plus, Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
