What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance or accounting role is an, Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance, Very attention to detail and, Excellent verbal and written communication, Analytical and problem-solving, Proactive, with excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work independently, Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
What You'll Do.
Investigate and resolve client account
Execute bond and mutual fund
Setup fee-based accounts and process daily and monthly fee
Allocate daily equity and preferred share trades on behalf of CGWM portfolio
Participate in projects to increase efficiencies
reduce costs and improve service
Liaise with portfolio managers
vendors and other external
Perform ongoing risk management for portfolios and client
Provide ad-hoc operational support to others when required.
