This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a commercial facility. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota. Experience level is flexible—newly licensed plumbers are welcome to apply. **What your day to day will look like:** * Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste systems. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes. * Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs. * Test and maintain backflow prevention devices. * Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations. * Collaborate with other trades and facility staff as needed. **Required Qualifications:** * **Valid Journeyman Plumber license** issued by the State of Minnesota. * Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols. * Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications (but not required) :** * Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems. * Basic computer skills for work order documentation. **Location:** Bloomington, MN **Shift:** 1st Shift; Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM This position does not
