What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, or related field, 6–8 years of experience in PLM application support, hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM, Proven experience in L2/L3 production support, NX and AutoCAD, PLM workflows (ECN, MCN, Change Management), Incident & problem management process, Root cause analysis techniques, SLA-driven support environments
Nice to Have
Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor, Exposure to system integrations and data workflows, Knowledge of Alfresco AMS
What You'll Do.
Provide application support
Provide L2/L3 support
Handle incidents and service requests
Support change workflows
Validate ECN report generation
Assist users in process adoption
Identify process gaps
Perform root cause analysis
Implement permanent fixes
Support integration with CAD tools
Troubleshoot data transfer
Troubleshoot workflow integration
Monitor PDF generation
Analyze performance bottlenecks
