Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Pipeline Engineering, Minimum 15 years experience oil and gas, Minimum 5–7 years offshore FEED/detailed engineering, 12–15 + years oil & gas pipeline engineering
Nice to Have
Master's degree is an advantage, Experience shallow water Middle East, Prior PMC roles experience, Prior ADNOC Offshore projects experience

Participate in technical bid evaluations
Participate in vendor document reviews
Monitor engineering progress
Identify engineering risks
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
