What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist People or HR role, Solid knowledge of Egyptian labour law, Experience managing local compliance and employment documentation, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

Nice to Have

Experience ideally within a fast-paced, international environment, Genuine interest in AI and automation and how they can be applied to make People processes smarter and more efficient

What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding

Be the go-to people partner for Cairo and Middle East-based employees

Work closely with Employer of Record (EoR) partner

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labour law

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS

Lead planning and delivery of internal events

Drive process documentation

Champion AI and automation across People workflows

Manage day-to-day office operations

Support recruitment activities

Take on broader People initiatives

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with the People team in Berlin; Partnering with the Talent team on regional hiring; Partnership with the Berlin team on broader People initiatives

Communication Scope
