Must Have
relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing, good knowledge of Order Management tools (e. g. SAP), organized working style with a focus on details, coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, team-oriented person and good networker, solution oriented and customer focused mindset, interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
