Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 - 7+ years experience in Asset Management, Demonstrated track record of operational risk management and/or Operational Control/Resiliency, Expert knowledge of operational resiliency, Expert knowledge of disaster business recovery, Expert knowledge of business continuity management, Expert knowledge of 3rd party vendor/outsourcing, Expert knowledge of corporate risk policies and standards, Understanding of risk management practices in Financial Services, Ability to drive to execution through prioritization skills, Proven track record of working across multiple areas of businesses and functions

Experience with machine learning frameworks
What You'll Do.
coordinate and drive NTAM response to Operational
Support ongoing review and oversight of NTAM adherence
Represent NTAM in discussions with SMEs
Facilitate maintenance of operational resiliency components
Drive consistency across NTAM
Monitor business dependency risks and vulnerabilities
Input into Management Information reporting
Track required remediation
Design and produce resiliency metrics
Support resiliency governance model
Monitor and analyse impact of new products
Monitor and analyse impact of organisational change
Engage business leaders on operational resiliency oversight
Educate business leaders on operational resiliency oversight
Engage Boards on operational resiliency oversight
Educate Boards on operational resiliency oversight
Partner with business control functions
Partner with risk control functions
Partner with audit control functions
Partner with legal control functions
