Nice to Have
Proven experience in sourcing, onboarding, or managing 3PL partners is a advantage, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
What You'll Do.

Build and maintain relationships with logistics providers
Analyze supply-demand gaps and ensure adequate fleet coverage
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs and plan capacity
Continuously optimize 3PL allocation
Track and manage 3PL performance against KPIs
Conduct regular business reviews with partners and drive improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with talabat standards
and operational requirements
Work closely with operations
and product teams to ensure smooth integration of 3PL partners
Support the rollout of new cities
or services by securing logistics supply
Troubleshoot operational issues related to 3PL performance and scalability
Monitor key metrics and generate reports to support decision-making
Use data insights to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvement
