Must Have
1 year of customer service or related fields required, High School Diploma or equivalent, Full professional fluency in English, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, Professional communication skills and customer service orientation
Nice to Have
Previous call center experience strongly preferred, Experience with Rently, Yardi, Salesforce, Jira, Ujet, and Outlook preferred, Yardi Voyager experience preferred but not required, Property management, leasing operations, resident services, access management, MLS/listing support, or related operational experience preferred, Salesforce Experience
What You'll Do.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective residents to follow up on inquiries
and leasing opportunities.
Engage and build rapport with prospects to understand their needs
provide property details
and guide them through the application process.
Follow up consistently on pending applications to ensure timely completion and maximize lease conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Communicate professionally and promptly with prospects across multiple channels
Assist in preparing and reviewing lease documentation and ensuring all required materials are complete before move-in.
Uphold company standards for customer service
and professionalism in all interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams including leasing, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to lease signing.
