Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Minimum 1–3 years experience in L&D, instructional design, HR, or related function
Nice to Have

This job reports to the Director, Learning and Leadership Development in the People, Culture and Equity Division. The People, Culture and Equity Division provides work that supports progress toward our strategic goals of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and becoming a Great Place to Work for All. ## Purpose This individual contributor is responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of asynchronous learning programs within our Learning Management System (internal platform “PP Learn”, utilizing 360 Learning) aligned to PPFA’s leadership development framework, competency model, and enterprise-wide learning priorities.
