Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years of relevant technical experience, 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, Technical expertise in electronics, Foundation in circuit theory analysis, Detailed working knowledge of electronics assembly, Demonstrated written communication skills, Demonstrated verbal communication skills, Balance of engineering leadership and business acumen, Managing and working collaboratively, Sponsoring and leading change initiatives, Coordinating and interfacing with customers, Coordinating and interfacing with suppliers, Mentoring skills, Root Cause / Corrective Action capabilities, LEAN capabilities, Project Planning capabilities, Product line transfer capabilities, Data Acquisition and Analysis capabilities, Ability to travel 10-15%
