## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: **Job Overview** We're looking to welcome within the team a recognized subject matter expert, that will be making an impact as an influential individual contributor. This person will manage large-scale strategic projects while coaching team members and solving complex problems. This position will include a portfolio of products and will require managing the priority roadmap for IT products to ensure that the applications deliver the required functionality to the company. **Responsibilities & Duties** \- Partners with Business Resiliency Management Leadership Team to set priorities and roadmaps for the products (i.e., Salesforce / Fusion, Everbridge, PowerBI, Mobile App) \- Leads a discussion of the product life cycle with stakeholders \- Provides input into BRM strategies as their trusted advisor \- Supervises the work of the Senior Configurators \- Contributes to continuous improvement of the product team, procedures, and processes by identifying short-comings, gaps, and inefficiencies \- Manages a portfolio of products to the budget (resources and T&E). Individual products will have a total cost of ownership perspective of the entire value chain which includes change programs, enhancements, and nominal run-rates or costs \- Manages and leads the vendor relationship and partners with the core team \- Works with global procurement to track and monitor vendor delivery performance, quality, and user acceptance \- Determines if the contract terms are acceptable to IT for progress payment **Qualifications & Skills** \- Subject Matter Experience in Business Resiliency and/or experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles \- 3 years experience in development and configuration of software primarily including: Salesforce / Fusion and Everbridge \- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- Strong organizational and project management skills \- Proficiency with SLDC tools
