In this role, you will support and enhance enterprise device management solutions that power a secure, efficient, and seamless technology experience for our global workforce. You'll work hands-on with modern endpoint platforms and collaborate across teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery. _Roles & Responsibilities:___ * Support and maintain end-user computing platforms including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and virtual desktops (W365 VDI). * Assist in the implementation and support of Modern Device Management and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions. * Apply and maintain configuration standards and deployment methods for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, following IS policies and compliance requirements. * Conduct software and update testing for desktops and laptops to ensure compatibility, performance, and regulatory alignment. * Evaluate new devices, provide data-driven feedback, and assist with compliance validation. * Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams—including Cyber Security, Network Administration, and Deskside Services—for device requirements, integration, and support. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of deployment tools, processes, and support models for applications and workforce services. * Track, publish, and analyze key operation
