Must Have
Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory., Up to 6 years of experience in trademark operations, docketing, prosecution support, or IP formalities within an in-house team, IP service provider, or law firm., Experience with global trademark workflows, including renewals, recordals, and routine prosecution support.
Nice to Have
IP-relevant certifications (e.g., in intellectual property law, paralegal studies) are advantageous., Experience with IP docketing systems (e.g., Anaqua) and working with external counsels would be an added advantage.

Maintain and update trademark records
Support renewal and recordal activities
Process incoming correspondence
or coordinate filings
Perform daily docket reviews
Support drafting and management of Power of Attorney
Conduct initial quality checks
Assist with periodic portfolio audits
Generate customized docket and portfolio reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Monitor status updates on filings
Support process improvements
How You'll Work.

Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and IP offices; Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial); Work effectively across legal, operations, and finance teams
