Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Experience working in a diverse environment where production, controls, and daily deadlines are required, Experience with key external stakeholders such as custodians, brokers required, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, attention to detail, leadership skills, demonstrated organizational skills, Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

serving as a liaison with teams in other locations to actively evaluate

Serves as front-line support for the APAC investment and trading team
acting as the primary point of contact for all operational issues related to Risk
and Trading Applications
gathers user feedback to enhance current functionalities and services
seek out opportunities to better leverage technology in order to streamline manual processes
Participate in inter/intra department teams
including MFS’ offshore/outsourced operations hub
to drive operational excellence by enhancing processes

Utilizes industry knowledge to support the design of process flow and procedures regarding best practices. The Investment Operations – Specialist will be an escalation point for time sensitive operational issues arising in the APAC region and will assist in the resolution of issues related to operations affecting the APAC offices. This individual will seek to develop relationships, both locally and globally, ensuring all relevant parties are kept abreast of critical issues in a timely manner. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * ## Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end operations workflows, including data management, cash flows, transitions of client accounts, order management, trade support, settlements, cash management, corporate actions, reporting and performance, to problem solve and identify interdependencies. * ## Partners across various teams in Operations based in other MFS offices as well as MFS’ offshore/outsourced operations hub. * ## Reporting into the Director of Investment Operations UK, operates as a local escalation point for Operations-related issues (across internal processes, external providers such as custodian, brokers, vendors) as well as serving as a liaison with teams in other locations to actively evaluate, provide
