Must Have
4 - 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field, minimum of 4+ year’s exposure in Finance & Accounting processes in BPO industry, Hands on experience in IC functions with a knowledge of accounting principles, Ability to operate independently and work toward goals and deliverables with little day-to-day supervision, Ability to manage processes and projects, implementing continuous improvements, Understanding of global roles and responsibilities - ability to determine who to escalate issues to, Good Knowledge in MS Office Package, Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
