Must Have
4 - 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field, minimum of 4+ year’s exposure in Finance & Accounting processes in BPO industry, Hands on experience in IC functions, Ability to operate independently and work toward goals and deliverables with little day-to-day supervision, Ability to manage processes and projects, implementing continuous improvements, Understanding of global roles and responsibilities, Good Knowledge in MS Office Package, Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
