So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ **If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.** **About the Role** Process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements. **1) Core Responsibilities** * To process member enrolment for all customized policies. * This includes member enrolment, termination and change with quality checking. * To handle email correspondence between HK processing team and client within stipulated timeline to maintain client management. * Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark. * Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. **2) Administrative Procedure Review** * Assist in reviewing necessary documents and review procedures to enhance controls and efficiency * On-time identification of errors, delays or any other problems, with subsequent diagnosis & resolution via corrective and preventive measures * Work as a module owner and lead projects where necessary. **3) Other ad hoc task** * Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet business requirements. _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
