Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent, Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment, Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Power BI, Analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration, Independent, diligent, highly motivated team player
Nice to Have
Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, Ability to manage escalations, Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment
