Job's mission The Specialist II, People Services also known as People HR Systems Analyst, HRIS assist IT in review and testing. Review new system features and support demonstrations and training for HR and business users. Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved user experience. Reporting, Data & Analytics Build, maintain, and optimize HR and payroll reports. Conduct audits to ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment across systems. Provide insights and data analyses to HR, Finance, and leadership. Support compliance audits, SOx activities, and data-related inquiries. Testing, Release Management & Documentation Create functional test scripts, execute UAT, and document results. Support testing cycles tied to enhancements, integrations, and cyclical HR events. Maintain updated system documentation, job aids, and knowledge-base articles. User Support & HR Operations Support Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
