Job's mission We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically driven professional to support operational excellence through data extraction, performance analysis, and close collaboration across regions. In this role, you will help translate data into insights, ensure visibility into performance, and support planning and coordination activities that enable teams to operate effectively and at scale. You will be responsible for monitoring KPI performance, supporting headcount planning, and coordinating the tracking of tool‑related activities across regions, helping drive consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement. What you will be working on Data Extraction & Analysis Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems and sources Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into performance trends Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting KPI Performance Management Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions Conduct regular performance reviews and variance analysis Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance outcomes Partner with stakeholders to define and track performance metrics Regional Stakeholder
