Must Have
Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment, Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers, communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration, Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player
Nice to Have
Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, Ability to manage escalations and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment

Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures

Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing
Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates
Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Implement process improvements to ensure cycle time

Collaborate across functions to manage BOM structures; Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates; Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping
