Ensure transactions progress efficiently from deal creation to fulfillment; Resolve client inquiries and contract issues promptly; Support compliance with pricing and legal standards; Maintain high standards of contract management; Support audit readiness; Contribute to ongoing improvements in team workflows; Ensure operational accuracy; Ensure timely order processing; Ensure effective communication within the department; Meet or exceed business SLAs; Support the financial goals of S&P Global Energy
Industry & Context.
Monitor escalations and gather necessary information for prompt resolution of issues; Problem-Solving
Work overtime as needed during the month end close, Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines, Occasional travel may be required, Occasional work on regional holidays may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related education and experience, 2-4 years related work experience or related degree, Contract management experience, Availability to work the night shift from 10: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM, aligned with Manila Time
Nice to Have
Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals
Manage global orders (new
Track case statuses for transaction processing
Monitor escalations and gather information
Assist sales with client resolutions
Provide contract management support
Adhere to CPQ ecosystem and service procedures
Meet or exceed business SLAs
Resolve sales contract management issues
Contribute to process and workflow updates
Document all activities in CPQ
Provide information for audits
