Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What is your day to day?** * Maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems including HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Chillers, AHUs, RTUS, Fan coils, and associated Exhaust Fans. * Completing preventive maintenance, tours, and repair work orders in mixed lab and office facility. * Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. * Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts. * Maintenance and repair of Boilers and HHW systems. * Maintenance and repair of Fume Hoods, Bio Safety Cabinets, Vacuum pumps and compressors, generators, pumps, exhaust systems. * Maintenance and repair of basic Electrical systems, including, UPS, Generators, lighting controls, etc. * General interior maintenance and light carpentry tasks. * Basic plumbing skills, sink, faucet, toilet repair, etc. * Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed. * Replace lighting and ballasts. * Eager to learn from the existing team as well as bring personal experience and improvements. * Complete Hazard Assessments as necessary. * Understand and follow PPE requirements and signage. * Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
