Must Have

Minimum of 1–3 years of extensive experience in human resources management and HRIS support, Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, or any related field

Nice to Have

Experience working in a Shared Services environment (preferably HR Shared Services), Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems in the following areas/modules is preferred: Workday (or similar), SAP, ESP System, Ticketing Tools such as Dovetail/ServiceNow, Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Core, Absence & Time-off, Benefits, Compensation, Job Catalogue, HR Administration, HR IT, and HR Reporting, understanding of HR business familiar with standard concepts, procedures, and practices within HR

What You'll Do.

Manages the day-to-day operations of the HR Operations team by monitoring workflow

and tracking service gaps.

Focuses on efficiency by managing SLA and SOP/policy requirements.

Develops and maintains HR Operations knowledge of the Workday application

providing application support and resolving tickets assigned by HR usersployees.

Uses the ticket management tool to update progress

document user support tickets

and drive timely closure in line with FME processes.

Executes data maintenance activities

including preparation of mass record transaction templates

updates to supervisory organizations

and custom organizational structures

transaction data changes

and running data audit reports.

Ensures proper maintenance of employee records in the Documentation Repository tool.

The **HR Operations Specialis** t provides HR Operations backend support taking care of, but not limited to activities below: * Employee Lifecycle Management * Queries, requests, and issues resolution * Data support, Maintenance and Mass Data Record support (Template creation & Validation) * Functionality Enhancement Support * Vendor coordination **Key Responsibilities** * Reports to the HR Operations Supervisor. * Manages the day-to-day operations of the HR Operations team by monitoring workflow, employee records, and tracking service gaps. * Continuously seeks quality and process improvements, as well as opportunities for Shared Services support, including service identification, collaboration with business teams, plan development, and execution. * Focuses on efficiency by managing SLA and SOP/policy requirements. * Drives continual process improvements, aiming for a “best in class” shared service center. * Develops and maintains HR Operations knowledge of the Workday application, providing application support and resolving tickets assigned by HR users/employees. * Uses the ticket management tool to update progress, troubleshoot, document user support tickets, and drive timely closure in line with FME processes. * Interacts with users at all levels of the organization, as well as vendors and customers, to support HR Operations query resolution. * Executes data maintenance activities, including preparation of mass record transaction templates, updates to supervisory organizations, cost centers, companies, locations, and custom organizational structures, transaction data changes, and running data audit reports. * Escalates problems using defined escalation procedures. * Ensures proper maintenance of employee records in the Documentation Repository tool. * Participates in testing and parallel runs for HRIS support. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, or any related field. * Minimum of 1–3 years of extensive experience in human
