What You'll Do.
Assist in implementing HSSE management system
Collaborate with APAC HSSEQ Leads
Support adherence to safety measures
Build working relationships with clients
Verify contractor safety compliance
Assist in implementing strategic objectives
Support maintenance of Integrated Management System
Help deliver HSSEQ training programs
Aid in development of HSSEQ communications
Assist in HSSEQ program assurance
Provide administrative support for incident analysis
Support technical guidance delivery
Help communicate regulatory updates
Maintain awareness of current legislation
Prepare data and reports for meetings
Contribute to fostering a culture of safety
Build effective working relationships
Participate in HSSEQ program initiatives
Identify regional trends and actionable items
Monitor JLL Work Safe platform for incidents
Provide follow-up on events
Prepare summary lists
Highlight overdue actions or compliance gaps

Develop and generate monthly HSSEQ reports
Support new client bids
Review client HSSEQ programs
Identify gaps against JLL standards
Support development of draft manuals
Support delivery of orientation training
Manage upload of documentation
