Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience, Previous work experience in HR Services, Knowledge of HRIS platforms, Proficiency in working on HRIS applications, Proficiency in working on case management tools, Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end life cycle HR business workflows, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Attention to detail, Demonstrate high standards of integrity, Ability to handle sensitive data
Nice to Have
Workday HRIS experience preferred, Portuguese language proficiency is an added advantage, Exposure to AI tools and usage practices in HR environments is an added advantage
