The World Economic Forum is an independent, not-for-profit organization, headquartered in Geneva, with offices in New York, San Francisco, Beijing, and Tokyo. We create spaces where different stakeholders engage openly, build trust, and collaborate to help solve shared global challenges. **Context and why we are recruiting?** The Forum is seeking a collaborator to support delivery of the multiple activities encased in the Program. Our next colleague will integrate a diverse and motivated team supporting the collaborative improvement of global materials systems. **Reporting line and how is this role embedded in the wider team?** The role reports to the Head of the Program. In addition to the various teams within the Program and the Centre at large, key internal collaborations include account teams, the events and programming teams, and colleagues in other relevant centres such as the Center for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains or the Centre for Nature and Climate. External interactions include Forum partners, experts/academics and other stakeholders of relevance for the various program activities. **What will you be responsible for?** * Support the Program through coordination of its various activities. Coordinate team calendars/milestones, scheduling, communications for the Program. * Support the identification and engagement of stakeholders in programming and events to strengthen the Program’s business engagement efforts. * Support internal coordination with business teams and business engagement focal points to generate insights and ensure alignment of the Program’s business engagement efforts with institutional priorities and processes. * Support the Program through identifying and prioritizing key global and regional events where our initiative can contribute impactful multistakeholder session
