Coordinate janitorial and building services

Conduct routine inspections

Address deficiencies promptly

Monitor building systems

Serve as backup for building badge access

Issue badges to associates

Coordinate maintenance calls

Assist in developing safety procedures

Collaborate with property management

Administer parking operations

Ensure optimal workplace conditions

Respond to internal service requests

Support furniture installations

Support workstation setups

Support event space arrangements

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
