Deliver high-touch, high-judgment operational support to Executive Talent Acquisition, candidates, and senior hiring leaders; ensuring a seamless, compliant, and premium experience across the executive hiring lifecycle; drive aligned, end-to-end execution in a global operating model; enhancing executive hiring effectiveness, scalability, and risk mitigation

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, and high-volume environments, interpersonal and communication skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
exposure to executive recruiting environments, Experience with Workday and/or HR systems data analytics experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Serve as a trusted operational partner to Executive Talent Acquisition
time-critical activities including complex interview scheduling
and onboarding coordination.
accurate resolution of complex Talent Acquisition and HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle
including executive recruiting
compensation coordination
and internal mobility
Independently manage non-standard
high-risk issues with sound judgment and escalate when appropriate with clear documentation and full ownership through resolution.
Provide a “white glove” candidate and stakeholder experience
ensuring professionalism
and attention to detail at every touchpoint.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance through disciplined transaction processing
and documentation standards.
Handle highly confidential executive
and candidate data with integrity and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects focused on enhancing executive hiring effectiveness
How You'll Work.

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, COEs, HRIS, Legal, and regional teams to drive aligned, end-to-end execution in a global operating model.; Builds trusted partnerships across teams and functions to drive outcomes.
