Handle Source identification
Handle Vendor selection

Conduct Price negotiations
Create Supply agreements
Create Quality agreements
Facilitate Vendor audits/re-qualification process
Liaise with CFT teams
Coordinate with Supply Chain
Coordinate with Planning
Coordinate with QC/QA
Ensure availability of materials
Manage new launch preparedness
Validate supplier readiness
Identify demand-supply gaps
Expedite deliveries/shipments/orders
Support Category Lead in analysing market changes
Track changes affecting product availability/lead-times
Track key indices affecting API prices
Arrange Vendor audits
Resolve rejection/technical issues
Resolve Payment issues
Track regulatory/quality compliances
