Assist and manage all design activities for mission-critical data center construction projects from concept through completion. Serve as primary liaison between design consultants, engineering teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with client standards, building codes, and data center industry best practices. Facilitate design meetings, track action items, and maintain comprehensive project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and design revisions. Manage design schedules and deliverables to support construction milestones and commissioning timelines. Coordinate clash detection reviews using BIM/3D modeling tools and resolve conflicts between building systems before construction. Ensure design solutions meet critical requirements for uptime, redundancy, power density, and cooling capacity typical of Tier II-IV data centers. Support value engineering efforts while maintaining operational performance and future scalability requirements. Monitor consultant performance and deliverables quality to maintain project schedule and budget targets. Requires strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure including electrical distribution, cooling systems, fire suppression, and security systems, plus excellent comm
