Eligibility Requirements

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program or technical training, Valid state electrician's license (Journeyman or Master Electrician certification as required by local jurisdiction), Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical maintenance and repair, Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes and regulations, Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams, Troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently, Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights on ladders and lifts, and access confined spaces as needed, Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between client sites

Nice to Have

Master Electrician license or relevant advanced certifications, Experience working in commercial real estate, healthcare, or large-scale facility environments, Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), energy management systems, and LED lighting retrofits, Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or similar platforms, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification demonstrating commitment to workplace safety, Experience with renewable energy systems, solar installations, or electric vehicle charging infrastructure

What You'll Do.
