What you'll do: - Advanced Clinical Assisting: Efficiently assist the specialist with complex procedures (e.g., surgeries, root canals, implant placement) by anticipating needs and passing specialized instruments. - Procedural Maintenance: Maintain a clean and clear operating field using suction, irrigation, and retraction techniques. - Specialized Setup: Prepare and mix specialty-specific materials, such as bone grafts, impression materials, and sealers. - Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment specific to the specialty (e.g., operating microscopes, 3D/CBCT scanners, ultrasonic units). - Sterilization & Infection Control: Ensure all specialized instruments are meticulously counted, cleaned, and sterilized according to strict regulatory standards. - Radiography: Take, process, and prepare high-quality, specialty-specific dental radiographs and images for the specialist's review. - Patient Education: Deliver detailed pre- and post-operative instructions tailored to the specialty procedure. - Patient Support: Prepare the
