Must Have

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in digital content marketing, Experience in working in the fashion industry or in a creative industry, Excellent statistical analysis skills, Proficiency with data analysis platforms, Deep knowledge of the e-commerce environment, Excellent communication and relationship building skills, Able to drive conversations with internal stakeholders, Proven experience in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, Interest in managing or some level of managerial experience

What You'll Do.

Lead campaign content briefing process

Develop seasonal onsite go-to-market content strategy

Manage seasonal content calendar

Brief content requirements into Marketing team

Oversee briefing of site journeys and campaign assets

Support and manage Junior Specialist/Coordinator

Project manage strategic and campaign-related briefings

Analyze campaign performance on-site

Coordinate post-campaign analysis

Manage relationship with translation agency

Serve as key liaison for campaign content execution

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

High-level coordination across internal teams (e-commerce, marketing, creative) and external partners; Aligning with site merchandising and all relevant marketing channels; Drive conversations with internal stakeholders such as designers, CRO, UX, Site-Merchandising and Buying teams; Act as the central point of contact for campaign content execution

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Process & Methodology

Manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, Project manage strategic and campaign-related briefings
