You would be expected to: * Deliver analytics and insights on key supply chain metrics such as gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV & share daily/weekly updates with leadership, translating data into clear insights and performance commentary. * Build forward-looking dashboards using Power BI/SQL to enable faster, data-driven decisions & use emerging technologies, including AI, to improve reporting, analysis, and efficiency. * Support integration of subcontracting activities into the Bangalore Finance CoE & partner with finance and operations to support AOP development and cost updates. * Ensure process discipline through accurate documentation and compliance with financial, SOX, and audit standards & identify opportunities to streamline and improve COGS reporting, forecasting, and planning. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * CA/CA -Inter/ CMA/ CMA -Inter/ MBA qualified with 3 to 7 years relevant experience * 2 to 3 ye
