Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, 1–2 years of experience in Q-commerce, 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, 1–2 years of experience in Grocery Retail, 1–2 years of experience in Food Retail, 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, Supplier/vendor management experience, Pricing and promotions experience, Assortment planning experience, Sales and profitability analysis experience, Market survey and competitor analysis experience, Excel skills, Google Sheets skills, Ability to analyze sales data, Ability to analyze margin data, Ability to analyze basket value data, Ability to analyze profitability data, Good understanding of Forecasting, Good understanding of inventory planning, Good understanding of Pricing strategy, Good understanding of Promotion planning, Good understanding of SKU performance analysis, Good understanding of Merchandising, Good understanding of assortment management, Negotiation skills, Analytical mindset, Problem-solving mindset, Good stakeholder management capability, Ownership ability, Execution ability, Market awareness, Commercial thinking
