The role focuses on producing executive-level reporting and dashboards, tracking, and managing financial targets and timely delivery of management information to senior leaders and governance forums. This role combines strategic oversight, financial and operational performance monitoring, business planning, regulatory and risk management, and cross-functional coordination to support the business head and leadership team. The Specialist works closely with business leaders and functions to develop and implement strategy, monitor results, and embed strong governance and controls. Success in this role requires a blend of big-picture strategic thinking and hands-on execution to optimize performance, manage risks, and deliver on business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial & Business Oversight** * Manage workforce planning, including headcount tracking and resource allocation. * Review, consolidate, and produce recurring financial and productivity reporting. * Track and forecast dollar and FTE savings, including surrendered posts and productivity-driven closures. * Lead development and communication of strategic business plans. * Review financial forecasts provided by practice leads and ensure we are managing performance against p
