Develop and implement lead generating market initiatives

Provide elevator maintenance consultation

Understand customer and market conditions

Present a positioned offer that meets needs

Survey elevator systems

Determine viable service options and strategies

Identify and prepare bid opportunities

Construct maintenance proposals

Develop capital budgeting plans

Develop recapture strategies

Negotiate with potential customers

Provide elevator consultation

Provide technical advice

Make effective sales presentations

Develop business through customer contacts and relationships

Support sales efforts
