Must Have
8+ years of business consulting experience in financial crime within a services firm, consulting firm, regulatory body, or large financial institution, Subject matter expertise in financial crime, performance management, business analysis, and training, Proven business development experience with services-led solutions track record in opportunity development and service sales, MBA/MSc BAS required, Professional compliance qualification from ICA or CAMS is a must, High accountability and commitment to service excellence, Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in dynamic environments, Skilled at managing multiple priorities with a solution-oriented mindset, Deep understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD, and/or Fraud Detection, Familiarity with strategy, operations, and data analysis methodologies
