You will be a partner with crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving, resolve issues in real time, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards. In this role, you will apply your expertise in aerial and underground construction, interpret system designs, and manage project timelines, costs, and permits. You will play a key role in troubleshooting challenges, coordinating resources, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. This position includes a mix of field and office responsibilities- approximately 60% office-based responsibilities and 40% field engagement to support active projects, along with on-call rotation and occasional weekend support, providing real-time coverage for active projects when needed.
