We’re looking for a Special Projects Lead with an initial mission of scaling Screen — our fast-growing AI agent for conducting interviews — to hundreds of customers. This role sits at the center of Screen’s growth, operating across strategic deal support, implementation, pilot conversion, post-sales success, and product feedback loops. You will work directly with prospects and customers. Your goal is to help them use AI screening effectively in hiring situations. You will also share market insights. This will help influence the product's development. You will build close partnerships with the Product and Engineering teams. This is not a typical Solutions role where you help specifically in Pre-Sales, or a traditional Customer Success or Implementation role.The right person for this role thinks like a founder, not a function.You should be energized by ambiguity, run at hard problems, be commercially savvy and operationally diligent, and constantly look for ways to leverage AI to 10x yourself.
