DoD TS/SCI clearance, Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD), APA accredited college or university, Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology, APA accredited Internship/Residency in psychology, 2 years post-doctoral experience, Independent practice of psychology, Operational psychology experience, Government setting experience, Meet clinical competency requirements, Experience with alcohol and substance abuse treatment, Experience with domestic violence treatment, Experience with child abuse treatment, Experience with post-traumatic stress treatment, Experience with mood and anxiety conditions treatment, Experience with family/marital issues treatment, Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist, Maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Maintain credentialing requirements in good standing, Computer literacy, Psychological test software operation, Word processing software operation, Database/spreadsheet program operation, Basic typing skills, Working knowledge of professional standards and ethics, Oral and written communication skills in English, 1 year experience in performance enhancement, 1 year experience in executive coaching, 1 year experience in organizational assessment, 1 year experience in organizational consultation, Completion of USASOC Operational Psychology in Personnel Selection course, Completion of similar organizational psychology classes, Training in critical incident/stress trauma interventions, Capability of meeting physical demands, Hike over rough terrain, Work long irregular hours, Function in austere environments, SERE orientation and/or certification, Willingness to obtain SERE certification, Post-doctoral training in Aerospace Psychology, Willingness to obtain Aerospace Psychology training, USAF aviation psychology training completion, USA aviation psychology training completion, Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental plan, Comply with Quality Assurance plan, Maintain regular and acceptable attendance, Responsible for completing all required training
