Must Have
Valid Kansas Teaching License, Master's in special education, Special Ed Degree program with plan of study, Special Ed Waiver obtained, Valid Kansas Driver's License

Plan instruction for students
Facilitate learning in classroom
Provide instruction to students
Meet established outcomes
Design activities for interest
Participate on pre-assessment teams
Schedule IEP meetings
Work with multi-disciplinary team
Diagnose student needs
Implement IEP for each student
Define daily expectations
Structure daily expectations
Communicate daily expectations
Communicate with regular education staff
Report student outcomes
Receive and report grades
Communicate with participants
Control classroom behavior

Assist students individually
