Must Have
2 - 6 years of relevant experience, post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the established qualification standards, In-depth knowledge of banking products & services, In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations, In-depth knowledge of credit portfolio management policies & procedures, and financing guidelines, Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth, Collaboration & team skills - In-depth, Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth, Influence skills - In-depth, Data driven decision making - In-depth
What You'll Do.
Examines appraisals and evaluations prepared by vendors
Assesses credibility and reliability of appraisals
Documents and reports results of reviews
Identifies where corrective actions are required
Prepares independently prepared valuation
Delivers exceptional experience for high risk borrowing accounts
Makes decisions/recommendations in accordance with sound principles
Develops solutions and makes recommendations
Provides advice and guidance
Performs financial and risk analysis
Documents decisions with rationale
Keeps abreast of economic and market developments
Supports execution of strategic initiatives
Gathers and formats data into reports
Provides input into planning
Executes work to deliver timely service
Exercises judgment to identify
Works independently on complex tasks
