The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and employee-focused HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures consistency in HR processes, compliance with policies and local labor laws, and smooth execution of core HR activities such as employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee support. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle** * Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and exits * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files * Ensure timely issuance of employment letters, contracts, amendments, and confirmations **Payroll, Benefits & Compliance** * Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing * Manage benefits administration (insurance, PF/ESI, gratuity, leave policy, etc.) * Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and labor laws * Support audits and statutory filings related to HR operations **HR Systems & Reporting** * Administer HR systems (Workday, time & attendance, leave management) * Prepare and analyze HR reports and d
