Must Have

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field., 5+ years of experience in Supply chain management (E2E, supply chain planning, operations, capacity, inventory, MDM), project management, supply chain improvement, operational excellence or other related fields., Result-orientation, problem-solving attitude and a "getting things done" mentality., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels., Ability to build and maintain relationships with key thrives in transversal and cross-functional environments., Ability to effectively work in a matrix, multi-cultural, global organization., Broad understanding of SC E2E processes and their implications on business., understanding of supply chain planning concepts and best practices, including Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) principles., SAP system knowledge., Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, for performance reporting and decision support.
